Ratings are tied to your account and limited to one per painting
Bookmarking or favoriting a painting is tied to your account and is only visible to you
Downloads are rate-limited per IP address to prevent artificial inflation of download counts
We reserve the right to remove comments that violate these terms
Vote manipulation or abuse of the rating system may result in account action
7. Prohibited Content
Illegal content or anything that violates applicable laws
Explicit sexual content, including:
Pornography or sexually explicit acts
Sexual themes involving minors
Genital focus or explicit nudity intended for sexual purposes
Allowed but restricted content:
Clothed characters or lightly suggestive artwork are allowed, as long as the content is not sexually explicit
Non-sexual artistic nudity may be removed at moderator discretion if it is considered inappropriate for the community
Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
Copyrighted content without permission
Malicious or broken files
Non-ARK related content (Anything that is not a .PNT file.)
8. NSFW Content and Filtering
Users must accurately tag their uploads as NSFW when the content is not safe for work or contains mature themes
NSFW-tagged content is blurred by default and users must explicitly click to reveal it
Failing to tag NSFW content appropriately may result in content removal or account action
Deliberately circumventing the NSFW filter (e.g., marking NSFW content as non-NSFW) is a violation of these terms
9. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to:
Remove any uploaded content at any time without notice
Remove comments or ban users who violate these terms
Refuse or block uploads that violate these terms
Take action against misuse of the platform
We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed before being published.
10. DMCA / Copyright Takedown
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the site (URL or painting ID)

You may delete your own account at any time.
Upon account deletion, your username, avatar, and profile information will be removed.
Uploaded paintings and comments may remain but will be disassociated from your account.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the site operators harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your uploaded content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Storage and Availability
Content is stored in a SQLite-based system and may remain indefinitely unless removed.
We do not guarantee permanent availability of any content.
14. No Warranty
We do not guarantee:
That the site will always be available
That uploads will always be successful
That files will be free of errors or loss
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
